Transfers of this nature occur only when necessary to execute pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 49.1.b GDPR).

There are no other plans to transfer data to countries outside the European Union that do not provide adequate protection for individuals.

The data processed by FALC may be made accessible to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, and to third-party suppliers, such as the site provider, who act as data processors under Article 28 GDPR.
