The innovative Cutting Head “BIO FAST 4800 DT” has been studied and designed to match with the different models of Forage/Ensilage Harvester present on the market. In this way, chopping (of maize; of cereals, such as wheat, rye, etc.; of oilseeds, such as sunflower, rapeseed, etc.) and harvesting take place simultaneously, with a considerable reduction in processing times and costs. The shredded and harvested material is characterised by a reduced presence of soil and other impurities; thanks to that, it is particularly suitable both for energy purposes (for the production of BioGas and BioMethane), and for feeding barn animals.
